(Quincy) - Five Quincy residents were arrested early Thursday morning at the Quincy Inn and Suites after police said they found numerous items used to make methamphetamine in a third-floor room.
Arrested were 20 year old Lacey Delcour, 37 year old James Perry, 31 year old Kandi Jenkins, 20 year old Jimmy Richeson, and 32 year old April Brown. Each was cited for aggravated participation in meth manufacturing and lodged in the Adams County Jail. Officers said they found numerous items used to make meth, more than 300 grams of finished and liquid meth, 17 hypodermic syringes used to inject meth, digital scales, and $1,500 in cash.
