New Visitor Restrictions at Blessing Hospital

More visitor restrictions have been put in place at Blessing Hospital.

Starting Thursday, face-to-face visits with patients will be replaced with electronic visits in most circumstances.

The only exceptions are for the partner or designated support person for a mother in labor or the parent or guardian of a minor patient.

If you are in need of a devise for an electronic visit, you should contact the Blessing Hospital Compassion Team at 217-223-8400, extension 6832.

At Blessing Physician Services and the Hannibal Clinic, no one is allowed to accompany patients on visits, unless they are the caregiver of a patient with a physical or mental disability or the guardian of a minor patient.

These latest visitor restrictions are in effect until further notice.
