(BOWLING GREEN)--   A case review before a new judge is May 6th for a Frankford woman accused of destroying evidence used to convict a man of murder. 40-year-old Rebecca Jeanne Kirk is charged in Pike County with two felony counts of tampering with evidence. She previously pleaded not guilty and was to go to trial in July.    Earlier this month, she asked that a different judge. Associate Judge Ben Burkemper of Lincoln County will now hear the case.

Kirk admitted on the witness stand at the Calvin Duane Pettey murder trial that she followed through on the defendant’s request to destroy evidence in the shooting death of Sandra Fugate of Hannibal.
