Moberly Man Found Guilty of Being a Violent Sexual Predator
A Randolph County jury has found a Moberly man guilty of being a violent sexual predator.
According to Missouri Attorney General Josh Hawley, the jury took just 35 minutes to find 41 year old Daniel Jensen guilty of the charge.
Hawley says that Jensen has a history of abuse. He had previously been convicted of child molestation in California, then was found guilty of child abuse and downloading pornography in Missouri.
Jensen will be housed in a secure Department of Mental Health treatment facility for the control, care and treatment of sexual predators until it’s believed it is safe for Jensen to be released.
