Mitchell Makes First Court Appearance on Robbery Charges

A Quincy woman accused of robbing two convenience stores in October made her first court appearance Thursday.

40 year old Crystal Mitchell, also known as Crystal White, faces two counts of armed robbery in connection with the robberies of County Market Express on South 36th Street in Quincy October 22nd and the Casey’s General Store on North 24th Street the next day.

Mitchell was identified as a suspect as the result of a Crime Stoppers tip and was arrested December 13th in Kansas City.

She is in the Adams County Jail on $1-million dollars bond.
