Market Street to be Closed Thursday for Water Main Replacement

A portion of Market Street in Hannibal will be closed to traffic starting Thursday morning.

The Hannibal Board of Public Works reports that crews will be installing a new water main on Market Street. As a result, Market from Price to 35th Street will be closed to through traffic from 9 a.m. Thursday until noon Friday.

Commercial traffic will be able to detour to Warren Barrett Drive, while residential traffic can detour on St. Charles Street.
