Logan Graham Sentenced on Child Pornography Charges

A Camp Point man is sentenced Monday after pleading guilty to child pornography charges in August.

On August 17th, 18 year old Logan Graham pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of child pornography. As part of a plea deal, he was sentenced Monday to 364 days of periodic imprisonment in the Adams County Jail, along with 30 months’ probation.

The sentence also includes a domestic violence and mental health evaluation, and the completion of sex offender treatment.

Graham is alleged to have had sexual contact with a juvenile between 13 and 17 years old, along with possessing lewd photos of the juvenile.
