With good news seemingly in short supply these days, here's some good news, especially if you're a fan of St. Louis Cardinal baseball.

Starting Monday, March 23, the Cardinal Baseball Network, and News Talk 1070 KHMO, will replay every regular season and post season game of the Cardinals' memorable 2011 World Championship season.

The replays will begin with the Cardinals' series with the Pittsburgh Pirates, which began August 25, 2011. The Redbirds had just suffered a three-game sweep at the hands of the Los Angeles Dodgers. St. Louis' record stood at 67-63, and they were 10 1/2 games behind the Atlanta Braves in the race for the second Wild Card spot.

In the day off before the Pirate series, the Cardinals had a private, players only meeting, led by Chris Carpenter and other team veterans. That's where the comeback began.

Over the remainder of the season, the Cardinals went 23-9, overtook the Braves, made it into the postseason, and the rest is Cardinal history.

The Cardinal 2011 replays can be heard on KHMO each weeknight at 6:15 p.m., Saturdays at 6, and Sundays at noon, from March 23 through May 11.
