Jimmy Fallon is making an appearance in St. Louis October 14 at The Peabody Opera House, as part of his "Clean Cut Comedy Tour". Special guests include Julian McCullough, Nate Bargatze, and Nick Thune.

According to the Peabody Opera House Web site, tickets may be purchased at the Ford Box Office at Scottrade Center, all Ticketmaster Ticket Centers, by phone at 800-745-3000, or online at ticketmaster.com. (As of Tuesday 9/3, Ticketmaster says there are not many tickets left).

I have been a fan of Jimmy Fallon for many years, starting with his early appearances on Saturday Night Live in 1998. Some of his more memorable characters include Jarret (Jarret's Room), Nick Burns (tech support guy), Pat "Sully" Sullivan (one of the Boston Teens), and hilarious impersonations of Carson Daly, Pat O'Brien, and Barry Gibb.

I have seen "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" a few times. Don't get me wrong, it is a great show. I am just never up late enough to catch it. Once he takes over for Jay Leno on "The Tonight Show", I will have a tough decision:
