I have come to the conclusion that weather in Missouri cannot make up its mind which type of season it wants to embrace. Should it be warm and mild or chillingly cold? Brace yourself because everyone in the Show Me State is about to get on a wild temperature see-saw ride.

This isn't some wild weather rumor. This description of a Missouri see-saw comes directly from the National Weather Service in St. Louis. While the week has started off bone-chilling cold, this is what's about to begin. Put on your see-saw safety belt.

They don't tell the full story either. Temps will feel mild Wednesday when most of Missouri tops out in the 50's, then they will dive into the 20's on Thursday, then back up into the 50's over the weekend. However, next week looks to be equally volatile with one internet weather personality describing what's coming to Missouri as "all heck is about to break loose". Thanks again, Ryan Hall.

Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, but over the years I've seen temperatures in Missouri take a dive later in the Fall months and then not return to warmness until next Spring. This year is crazy different. It's warm then cold, wash, rinse and repeat.

Get ready because the Missouri see-saw ride is about to begin.
