There is a food truck in the St. Louis, Missouri area named Truck Norris and it just won the A-List Award for the Best Food Truck in the St. Louis area from stlmag.com. On the site they say...

"Truck Norris: Besides the clever name, Todd Norris’ food truck offers a mash-up of a menu: mac ‘n cheese grilled cheese, El Guapo Street Taco Melt, BLT sushi... The brand lives up to its tagline: “comforts and classics with a twist.”"

Obviously, after seeing this, I had to learn more about Truck Norris and where I could get my hands on its award-winning food like the Mac'n cheese grilled cheese. A quick Google lead me to the Truck Norris website, on the website, they have a full menu and some of the items I would love to try are the Buffalo Chicken Egg Rolls, the STL Cheesesteak Burrito, and the Big Panda which is an orange chicken sandwich.
