The Elites at Yelp have put together a list called the Sandwich Spots That Are Save Worthy in Every State, where they picked the sandwich spot that you can't miss while in that state. On the site they say...

"Sandwiches, those glorious culinary creations nestled between two slices of bread, have captivated taste buds and satisfied hunger cravings for centuries. Simple yet versatile, sandwiches have become a staple in many cultures, offering an abundance of flavors and ingredients that cater to diverse palates."

The place they name as "save-worthy" in Missouri is called Blues City Deli. Blues City Deli in St. Louis, Missouri says on their site...

"We’ve been cranking out St. Louis’ Finest Po-Boy’s and Muffuletta’s for a few years now, and I invite you to come join us. You’ll see our menu is a tip of the hat to many of the blues music cities on the “Blues Highway”.
