Oh, kids these days with their cool words to describe things. What our parents must have thought when we would say tubular. I have to say though "bussin' is the right word to use when describing the best burrito in the Show-Me State.

The experts at Love Food say that the burrito served at Mariachi’s II Mexican Restaurant in St. Louis is, well, bussin'.

The fajita burrito is a large flour tortilla filled with rice, beans, pico de gallo, cheese, and sour cream, perched on top of a skillet of cooked onions and peppers then covered in cheese and red sauce.

Get in my belly!

This description makes me want to drive down to St. Louis right now and try this. I love all Mexican-type foods, but this sounds like FINALLY, experts got the "best of" right. Also, I must admit that I love anything Mexican food, and we are lucky to have so many options here in the Tri-States.

When it comes to finding the best of anything in an entire state I find it hard to do. However, learning more about this St. Louis restaurant and looking over their menu has me wanting to try this place out the next time I am in the city.
