Investigators Looking For Cause of 633 State Fire

(QUINCY)—Investigators are still looking into a fire at 633 State. Quincy firefighters were called late Wednesday morning. Large amounts of smoke were visible in the area.

Quincy fire chief Joe Henning says two people escaped the house with assistance. One person was taken to Blessing Hospital for treatment, the other was treated at the scene by Adams County Ambulance personnel.

Firefighting efforts required the closure of State between 6th and 8th.
