Illinois State Police Conduct Late-Night Roadside Check in Quincy

The Illinois State Police announced the results of a Roadside Safety Check held during the late evening hours of February 15 and early morning hours of February 16.  The detail was conducted in Quincy and Adams County by District 20 officers.

Officers issued 24 citations and six written warnings. Three people were arrested for driving under the influence.

The project was funded through the Illinois Department of Transportation.
