Homeless Man Arrested on Arson Charges in Quincy

(QUINCY)—A homeless man faces arson charges in Quincy.  Firefighters and Quincy Police were called to 436 North Fourth at 5:29 p-m for a small trash fire. During the investigation police found that 33 year old Eric Kithcart was believed to have set fire to garbage placed in a common hallway. The building was occupied. No injuries are reported. Kithcart was taken to the Adams County Jail on aggravated arson charges.
