Havermale Withdraws

(QUINCY)-- One of Mayor-Elect Kyle Moore's choices for a city department head is withdrawing his name from consideration for the position. Paul Havermale confirms that he withdraws from consideration as the new director of administrative services and purchasing director.

Earlier reports of a business Havermale was involved with accumulating almost $750,000 in unpaid taxes to the IRS over a decade came to light. Moore's appointments for other city positions are up for approval during Monday's City Council meeting.
