The execution of a search warrant results in the arrest of a Hannibal woman on meth charges.

Officers assigned to the Hannibal Police Department’s Anti-Crime Enforcement Unit executed a narcotics search warrant in the 1500 block of 29th Street Monday.

The search uncovered methamphetamine and paraphernalia in close proximity to a four year old child living in the residence.

As a result, 23 year old Amber Gregory was taken into custody and the Children’s Division was called to arrange placement for the child.

Warrants were issued Monday by the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office, charging Gregory with possession of a controlled substance and endangering the welfare of a child.

Gregory is in the Marion County Jail on $25,000 bond.
