Hannibal Man Arrested for Indecent Exposure & Possession of Pot

(Hannibal) – A Hannibal Police officer observed a man urinating on the street at 6th and Broadway at 1:35 a.m. Saturday. While taking 30 year old Donald Rogers of Hannibal into custody, officers found Rogers to be in possession of several bags of what appeared to be marijuana. Rogers was taken to the Marion County Jail on a 24 hour hold for indecent exposure, manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance and tampering with physical evidence.
