The Hannibal Board of Public Works will spend the next couple of weeks asking you how they’re doing.

From now through February 23rd, BPW has hired GreatBlue Research to conduct a telephone customer satisfaction survey for its residential and commercial customers, focusing on water service and water quality issues.

The survey consists of about twenty questions and should take customers less than ten minutes to complete.

BPW has been doing customer satisfaction surveys since 2010, but this is the first time they had surveyed commercial and industrial customers.
