The Hannibal Board of Public Works has chosen a new General Manager.

The BPW Board announced Tuesday that a nationwide search has resulted in the selection of Kenneth Reasoner as BPW’s new GM.

Reasoner is currently Director of Management Services at City Utilities in Springfield, Missouri. In that job, Reasoner is responsible for facilities management, inventory control, physical security, purchasing, telecommunications services and the trunked radio system.

Reasoner started his career nearly 30 years ago as a CPA in the Missouri State Auditor’s Office in Jefferson City.

Kenneth Reasoner is expected to take over as Hannibal BPW General Manager in mid-April.
