Illinois Governor Bruce Rauner’s tour across the state included a stop in Quincy Wednesday morning.

Rauner made a stop at Titan Wheel, visiting with about a hundred Titan employees.

During his remarks, Rauner talked about the importance of companies like Titan staying in Illinois, which is last in job growth in this part of the Midwest.

The governor also talked about his turnaround agenda, focusing on balancing the state’s budget and freezing property taxes.

Rauner recently announced his intention to run for re-election to the Governor’s office next year.
