Genenbacher Pleads Not Guilty

(Quincy) – An August trial date was set Tuesday for a Fowler man charged in connection with a traffic crash last December.
Luke Genenbacher was in court Tuesday to enter a not guilty plea to charges of aggravated DUI and causing great bodily harm.
Genenbacher was 17 when he allegedly ran a stop sign near Paloma and struck a car driven by Brian and Lisa Shimp of Frankford. Lisa Shimp is still being treated for her injuries.
