Four Bikers Arrested

(QUINCY)—Four motorcyclists are to be in Adams County Circuit Court this morning on armed robbery charges stemming from an incident at 2:15 Sunday afternoon in the 12th and Hampshire area in Quincy. Police say 43 year old Gerald Utterback of Barry… 54 year old Zane Liggett of Springfield Illinois… 38 year old Joseph Teel Jr. of Barry and 54 year old Timothy Jackson of Roodhouse were arrested following an incident involving two biker clubs in the area. Adams County Sheriff’s deputies… Illinois Conservation Police and Quincy Police helped stop the four suspects in Liberty shortly after the incident. As a result of the arrests… Quincy Police say a search warrant was used at the Midwest Percenter’s motorcycle clubhouse at 601 Main in Liberty at 10:50 Sunday night. Quincy Police… Adams County Sheriff’s deputies and the West Central Illinois Task Force were on scene until around 1:30 this (mon) morning.  Officers found a semi automatic handgun and a loaded sawed off shotgun. Numerous items of evidence were seized including the four Harley Davidson motorcycles belonging to the arrestees.
