Former Hannibal Couple Indicted for Main Fraud, Identity Theft
A former Hannibal couple was indicted Thursday on mail fraud and identity theft charges by a federal grand jury in St. Louis.
33 year old Brandon Williams and 30 year old Laree Dunning, Williams’ girlfriend, are alleged to have stolen from a resident of Blessing Center in Edina, where Williams was administrator.
Williams and Dunning allegedly stole personal information from a resident of the facility and applied for a credit card in the resident’s name. The two then allegedly made unauthorized purchases with the card.
The case was investigated by the FBI office in Kirksville and Edina Police.
