Fatal Hunting Accident in Pike County Illinois

(CHAMBERSBURG)—Pike County Sheriff’s deputies say a hunting accident claims the life of a Jacksonville man over the weekend.  Deputies were called around 8 a.m. Saturday for an accident in rural Chambersburg. John Ware was pronounced dead at the scene with a single gunshot wound. An autopsy is planned this morning.
