An endangered silver advisory alert is issued Friday for a missing north central Missouri man.

The Highway Patrol reports that the Putnam County Sheriff’s Department issued the advisory for an adult missing from his rural Novinger home.

Authorities say Thomas Carman, who suffers from dementia and cancer, walked away from his residence around midnight Friday and hasn’t been heard from since.

Carman is a white male, 75 years old, five feet eleven inches tall, 180 pounds, with gray and brown hair and brown eyes, possibly wearing a western style shirt and blue jeans.

If you have information on the whereabouts of Thomas Carman, you’re asked to call your nearest law enforcement agency or the Putnam County Sheriff at 660-947-4202.
