Cavemen Lose in Terre Haute

(Terre Haute) - The Hannibal Cavemen dropped to 3-4 on the season last night with a 3-1 loss at Terre Haute. The Rex scored a run in the first on a single, a sacrifice, an infield hit and a throwing error. The home team plated another run in the third on a triple and a double. The Rex final run came on a home run by left fielder Jacob Hayes. The only Cavemen tally came in the fifth on singles by J. Golden and Spencer Anderson, a wild pitch and an RBI ground out by Kris Goodman. Ryan Brasser was the starter and losing pitcher for Hannibal. The Cavemen and the Rex square off again tonight in Indiana.
