Blessing Hospital reported its first COVID-19 related death Sunday.

Blessing officials report the death of an area resident from medical conditions complicated by COVID-19 happened Sunday.

The individual was a Lewis County resident in their 80s to 90s.

Blessing officials say all residents must continue to protect their health and the health of others, especially our vulnerable populations and those with chronic health conditions.
