One family’s dream of bringing their dog washing business to America has led them to America’s Hometown this weekend.

Anthony Amos and his family are from Australia. At age 21, he started a dog washing franchise in Australia known as HyroDog.

In planning on bringing the HydroDog business to this country, the Amos’ became aware of sad statistics on how many dogs in shelters across the country never find their forever homes.

And so, the Bathe to Save National Tour was born.

Their third state on the 18-month tour includes a stop at Nipper Park in Hannibal this Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

All the money taken in from this dog washing event goes to the Northeast Missouri Humane Society.
