KIRKSVILLE, Mo. (AP) - Prosecutors in north-central Missouri have charged three people in a rash of arson fires in the city of Kirksville.  Police say the three - two females and a male, ages 20, 19 and 17 - had apparently been drinking when the spree began around 11 p.m. Thursday. The suspects were arrested early Friday. The Daily Express in Kirksville reports at least five fires were set. Some were small, including a brush fire and a trash can fire, but damage to playground equipment at Brashear Park was estimated at a minimum of $55,000.      None of the suspects are from Kirksville. Police said two of them bragged on their Twitter accounts about their activities.  The Adair County prosecutor charged the suspects Friday with arson and underage drinking.
