With gas prices what they are today owning a scooter would go a long way in soothing the pain in filling up your tank with gas. With that in mind, the Alzheimer’s Association in Quincy is currently selling raffle tickets to win a brand new 2013 Yamaha Vino Scooter. The scooter was donated by Sullivan Auctioneers to the Alzheimer's Association, something Dan Sullivan has been kind enough to do over the past couple of years..

Tickets for ten dollars each are available from any Alzheimer's Association golf advisory board member or at the Alzheimer’s office at the Senior Center in Quincy.  The drawing to select the winner will take place on July 15 during the Alzheimer’s Pro-Am Golf outing at Spring Lake Country Club. There just happens to be a couple of openings for foursomes for that event.

All proceeds from the golf event and the scooter raffle will go to the local Alzheimer's Association. To sign up your team to play or to buy a ticket, call 228-1111.
