Time Machine? 2 RadioShack Locations Still Surviving in Missouri?

I have great memories of RadioShack and remember the time when their stores were easy to find. Sadly, that era seemed to pass away as I thought the chain had gone out of business. It appears that I was wrong as I have found at least 2 RadioShack locations that appear to be alive and well in Missouri.

Join me in my imaginary time machine when almost every neighborhood had a RadioShack. The one I grew up near in Missouri was my go-to place whenever I needed an audio or TV cable. I miss those days.

If you do a search for RadioShack locations on Google Maps, you'll see almost all have a "permanently closed" status. That's not the case for 2 places in Missouri. I found these 2 active (apparently) Missouri RadioShack locations.

RadioShack, 124 W Moniteau St, Tipton, MO 65081

RadioShack, 1411 US-54 BUS, Eldon, MO 65026

I checked Google reviews for both Missouri RadioShack stores and not only are there very recent ones, but many of them are glowing about how helpful the staff are and how much they appreciate the help.

I hope I'm missing some other Missouri RadioShack locations that aren't coming up on the Google map. I'll gladly update this if I've overlooked a store. There is hope as Cheddar Flow said earlier this year that there are still 500 independently-owned RadioShack locations in America. Here's hoping they survive so we all have a place to go when we need technical help or a strange audio cable and not have to depend on questionable sellers on Amazon.
