Health department officials in northeast Missouri reported 34 new cases of COVID-19 Wednesday.

20 of those new cases are in Marion County, bringing their total to 901, with 105 active, five hospitalized, 782 recovered and 14 deaths.

Marion County’s positivity rate for the week ended October 18th is 15%.

Lewis County reports five new coronavirus cases, ranging in age from 10 to 80.

There have now been 245 cases in Lewis County, with 36 active, 203 recovered and six deaths.

Officials in Ralls County reported five new COVID cases since Monday, bringing their total to 217, with 24 active, four hospitalized, 193 recovered and no deaths.

Pike County reports three new COVID cases. Their total is now 365, with 31 active, 325 recovered and nine deaths.

And, in Clark County, there was one new positive COVID-19 reported Wednesday. The Clark County COVID total is 155, with 18 active, six hospitalized, 113 recovered and three deaths.
