The Adams County Health Department Tuesday announced the deaths of two more Adams County residents due to COVID-19 related illness, a female in her 80s and a female in her 90s.

Officials also reported 159 new confirmed cases of coronavirus Tuesday, bringing their case total to 6,311, with 550 active, 58 hospitalized age 20s to 90s, seven in ICU and now 69 deaths.

 

Along with Adams County’s 159 new cases and two deaths, health department officials in western Illinois reported an additional 44 new COVID cases and two deaths Tuesday.

The Hancock County Health Department reported 23 new lab confirmed coronavirus cases Tuesday, running their case total to 1,322, with 251 isolated, four hospitalized and 26 deaths.

In Pike County, officials reported two new COVID related deaths, a female in her 80s and a female in her 100s, along with 15 new COVID cases. Their case total is now 1,341, with 79 active, 13 hospitalized and now 38 deaths.

Officials in Brown County reported six new COVID cases since Sunday, bringing their case total to 440, with 56 active, one hospitalized and six deaths.

 

Northeast Missouri health departments reported 92 new COVID cases and three COVID related deaths Tuesday.

The Marion County Health Department reported 48 new cases and two more coronavirus related deaths. Their case total is now 2,731, with 231 active, 25 hospitalized and 51 deaths.

Shelby County reported 27 new COVID cases and one additional death in the last week, bringing their case total to 487, with 29 active, four hospitalized and now seven deaths.

In Lewis County, officials reported eleven new coronavirus cases Tuesday. There have now been 867 total cases in Lewis County, with 82 active and 13 deaths.

The Clark County Health Department reported six new COVID cases Tuesday, running their case total to 570, with 14 active and 21 deaths.
