Twenty-nine people are facing charges, and several children are in state custody, after a 10-day drug sweep in eastern Missouri's Franklin County.

KMOV-TV reports that deputies confiscated methamphetamine, crack cocaine, prescription narcotics and marijuana during raids conducted from May 28 through June 6. Guns were also seized and 11 children were removed from homes.

Authorities say one of the children was 2 weeks old and showing signs of addiction to meth and opium.
