247 New Cases, Six COVID Related Deaths in Area Monday
Along with Adams County’s 47 new cases, there were 61 additional new confirmed cases and five more COVID related deaths in western Illinois Monday.
The Pike County Health Department reported 43 new coronavirus cases and four more COVID deaths.
Pike County case total is now 879, with 148 active, 12 hospitalized and now 26 deaths.
In Hancock County, officials reported 14 new lab confirmed cases and one additional coronavirus related death.
Their COVID total is now 892, with 353 isolated, nine hospitalized, 517 recovered and 13 deaths.
Officials in Brown County reported four new COVID cases since Sunday, bringing their case total to 279, with 90 active, two hospitalized and three deaths.
Northeast Missouri health departments reported 139 new cases of COVID-19 Monday.
The Marion County Health Department reported 52 new coronavirus cases. Their case total is now 1,728, with 227 active, 19 hospitalized, 1,478 recovered and 19 deaths.
Shelby County reports 33 new COVID cases since Thursday, bringing their total to 279, with 82 active, four hospitalized and one death.
In Ralls County, officials reported 21 new coronavirus cases since Friday. The Ralls County case total is now 469, with 87 active, six hospitalized, 382 recovered and two deaths.
The Lewis County Health Department reported 17 new confirmed cases of COVID-19, covering Saturday through Monday. Their case total is now 553, with 67 active, 479 recovered and seven deaths.
And, in Clark County, health department officials reported 16 new positive coronavirus cases and one additional death since Thursday, bringing their case total to 440, with 53 active, two hospitalized, 370 recovered and 15 deaths.
