Day Two Of Pettey Murder Trial

(MEXICO)—More testimony is scheduled today in the first degree murder trial of Calvin Duane Pettey. He’s charged in the death of his fiancé Sandy Fugate in April 2010. Jury selection was completed Monday and early testimony came from police officers called to Fugate’s residence after she was found in the basement by her mother. Fugate was killed two days before their scheduled wedding.
