The Adams County Health Department reported 55 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 Wednesday.

The latest cases grows the case total in Adams County to 6,870 since the pandemic began, with 738 active, 65 hospitalized age teens to 90s and 75 deaths.

The preliminary seven-day positivity rate for cases as a percent of total test is 9.32%.

 

Along with Adams County’s 55 new confirmed COVID cases, an additional 51 cases and one coronavirus related death were reported in western Illinois Wednesday.

The Pike County Health Department reported 21 new COVID cases. Their case total is now 1,448, with 98 active, ten hospitalized and 39 deaths.

Hancock County reported 19 new coronavirus cases and the county’s 28th COVID related death.

The Hancock County case total is now 1,412, with 198 isolated and three hospitalized.

The Brown County Health Department reported eleven new COVID cases since Saturday, running their case total to 467, with 54 active and six deaths.

 

Health department officials in northeast Missouri reported 61 new COVID cases and one additional coronavirus related death Wednesday.

The Ralls County Health Department reported 22 new COVID cases since Monday, running their case total to 921, with 60 active, six hospitalized and nine deaths.

In Marion County, officials reported the county’s 57th COVID related death, along with 21 new confirmed cases. The Marion County case total is now 3,199, with 194 active and 12 hospitalized.

The Lewis County Health Department reported 15 new coronavirus cases, bringing their total to 920, with 76 active and 13 deaths.

There were three new COVID cases reported in Clark County Wednesday. Their case total now stands at 589, with 15 active and 21 deaths.
