Yes, Patrick Mahomes Lives in this ‘Modest’ $2.2 Million KC Home

The only scenario where this home would be considered 'modest' would be if Kansas City Chief superstar Patrick Mahomes lived in it. That is the case for this $2.2 million dollar Kansas City estate.

It's not a secret where Patrick lives. Lonny and Work & Money both did articles about it.  The real estate agents shared pictures on Trulia back when it was for sale a few years ago. It's 1257 W 57th Street in Kansas City, Missouri and yes, Patrick Mahomes lives there. Here are some pics.

I'm not trying to be sarcastic when I call this home modest. As Sporting News reported, Patrick signed a 10-year contract for over $141 million guaranteed money plus a $63 million dollar signing bonus. He could live in a castle if he wanted to.

It's also worth noting that Patrick has created a charity designed to help the lives of children. He's making a big difference in the Kansas City community with his wealth.

From what I understand, Patrick bought the home for less than $2 million a few years ago. It's now estimated at $2.2 by Trulia and other real estate websites. Only 'modest' by Patrick Mahomes standards.
