We all have our routines. For one Midwestern man, his daily must-do list includes eating a Big Mac. He's done that every day for over 50 years which equals over 30,000 burgers.

This man's name is Don Gorske. I saw Don's story trending on Digg today and there's a good reason. He is the Guinness Book of World Records holder thanks to his Big Mac obsession.

USA Today also shared Don's burger feat and mentions he lives in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. He did confess to them that he has missed 8 days over the last 50 years of eating a Big Mac, but made up for it by eating 2 other days.

Don says he's going to do this for the rest of his life and all I can add is I wish I had his metabolism as he seems like he's in decent shape. According to the McDonald's website, one Big Mac equals 550 calories. When you factor that into the daily recommended diet of 2,000 calories for a normal human being, that's very manageable.

Leave it to a Midwestern guy to see a burger record and decide to methodically take it down in such grand style. Never stop being you, Don.
