(QUINCY)—One man is in custody following a report of an alledged kidnapping of an employee at a restaurant at 3616 Broadway in Quincy Saturday afternoon. Quincy Police located the vehicle nearby at 48th and State and rescued the 35 year old female victim. Police say she was driving the car. Officers took the suspect—later identified as 38 year old Eric Kiture into custody at the scene.  Police determined through interviews with the victim and witnesses that this was a domestic related incident and not a stranger abduction. Kiture is in the Adams County Jail on unlawful restraint and domestic battery charges. He has a court appearance scheduled Monday.
