Two Arrested for Supplying “Bath Salts”

(Troy) - Two people are accused in Troy of supplying a couple of teenage girls with a synthetic marijuana known as "bath salts.” One of those charged is the mother of one of the girls--Tina Boyd, accused of child endangerment. Also charged is Irvin Risley, who's accused of providing the stuff to Boyd's 16-year old daughter and a 15-year old friend.
