There's a new travel warning from the State Department that is even more important for Missourians after this past weekend's attacks on Iran.

You can now officially start loading up on pizza and get your phones charged because internet weather superstar Frankie MacDonald has issued his official winter storm warning for Missouri.

Thanks to improving weather technology, we now have more warning than ever when Missouri is about to get slammed by a tornado. You would be wise to also pay attention to nature as many believe that birds know before weather radars when tornado danger is imminent.

I'm not going to say this is unprecedented because this is weather we're talking about, but it's at least highly unusual for blizzard warnings to be already issued for many Illinois counties and almost all of Iowa for Friday night.

This is the one situation you hope and pray never happens in our part of Missouri and Illinois. It's not uncommon to hear codes announced over an intercom while shopping in a store, but the one you never want to hear is 'code brown' and this is why.
