A Quincy woman pleads guilty but mentally ill to a reduced charge Wednesday in Adams County Circuit Court in connection with the shooting of her husband in July.

Probable cause was found Tuesday to continue with the court case of the Quincy woman who allegedly shot her husband in the face earlier this month.
