The Independence Day Fireworks display has been moved to the Illinois Veteran’s Home. Because of this several streets will be closed during the event.

The rising Mississippi River has forced this year's Quincy Fourth of July Fireworks display to be moved from the riverfront to the Illinois Veterans Home this Thursday night. Other than the location thing should be going on as scheduled.
