Stevenson Wins National Fence Painting Competition

(Hannibal)—The best fence painter around comes right out of America’s Hometown. 

Tyler Stevenson of Hannibal defeated three other contestants Saturday to win the National Fence Painting Championship during National Tom Sawyer Days in Hannibal.  Stevenson also won the local contest on July 4^th.

Second place goes to Spencer Fuller of Monroe City.  Fuller won the state contest on Friday.

Stevenson’s win means the national fence painting trophy stays in Missouri.  It will continue to be displayed at the state capitol in Jefferson City.
