Music Under the Stars is a free outdoor concert series sponsored by the Mark Twain Boyhood Home and Museum. Every Thursday night, for fourteen weeks, the public is invited to bring their lawn chairs and enjoy live music in front of the Mark Twain Boyhood Home, at 208 Hill Street in Hannibal.

One of the groups appearing at Music Under the Stars this year will be Rhonda Vincent and the Rage, one of the most-celebrated groups in all of Bluegrass. They’ve won over seventy awards, including an Entertainer of the Year Award from the International Bluegrass Music Association. Rhonda also contributed to the Mark Twain: Words & Music project that was released last year. One thing you might not know, however, is that she’s  from our area. Rhonda Vincent is from Kirksville.

Rhonda Vincent and the Rage are scheduled to be in Hannibal on Thursday, July 5, right in the middle of National Tom Sawyer Days. It should be a great show.
