Retail Theft Charges for Two Hannibal Residents

(QUINCY)—Two Hannibal residents face retail theft charges in Adams County following thefts reported from Kohl’s at 6100 Broadway. Quincy Police arrested 21 year old Brittany Winfield and 20 year old Victoria Harvey for a retail theft police say occurred at 7:14 p-m on May 30th. Winfield was also arrested for a theft from Kohls reported on the evening of February 12th. Quincy Police say Winfield and Harvey were released on a notice to appear.
