Quincy Traffic Accidents at 10 Year Low

Authorities say the number of traffic accidents in Quincy was at a 10-year low in 2012. The Quincy-Herald Whig reports there were 1,130 crashes last year, which is a nearly 8 percent drop from 2011. Police Chief Rob Copley says the department started a traffic safety campaign about eight years ago and the results have been positive.
